Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.
Shipping options
- Free Standard Shipping on every order.
- Express Shipping: US$14, shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After dispatch, Standard Shipping usually takes 7 to 15 business days and Express Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during holidays and peak seasons.
Separate parcels
Our kits are shipped from different partner warehouses. If you order more than one kit, your items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You will receive tracking for each parcel.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also check your order on our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch.
Customs, duties and taxes
Any import duties or taxes required by your country are shown or collected at checkout where applicable. If your local customs office charges additional fees on delivery, please contact us before paying them.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We cannot change an address once an order has shipped.
